Cosecant Function
Function f of {x ∈ [latex]\mathbb{R}[/latex] | x ≠ kπ where k ∈[latex]\mathbb{Z}[/latex]} in [latex]\mathbb{R}[/latex] defined by f(x) = [latex]\dfrac{1}{\sin{(x)}}[/latex].
Notation
- The cosecant function is noted as “cosec(x)” which is read as “cosecant of x.”
- Sometimes, the notation “csc(x)” is used to indicate “cosecant of x.”
