Probability Line

Probability Line

Representation on a linear axis of the probabilities of events of an experiment in which the outcomes are related to chance.

This mode of representation allows us to qualitatively assess the different probabilities by dividing them from an “impossible event” (with a probability of 0) to a “certain event” (with a probability of 1).
