Comparing numbers to one another often shows relationships that are interesting enough that we believe it is useful to name them.
Here are a few cases:
- Amicable numbers
- Congruent numbers modulo n
- Twin primes
- Opposite numbers
- Relatively prime numbers (or coprime numbers)
