Measure of Temperature

Number that is used to express the degree of heat or cold in the atmosphere in a given area, related to the sensation felt by the body.
We measure temperature using thermometers. Here are a few models of thermometers:      

Examples

  • Tomorrow, the maximum temperature will be 7°C and the minimum temperature will be -4°C
  • The normal temperature of the human body is 98°F.
  • The temperature of boiling water is 100°C.
  • Water freezes at 32°F.
